2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under the following specific circumstances:

• Cancellation Before Processing: If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of making a payment AND before our team has started processing your application or drafting documents. A nominal administrative fee may be deducted.
• Service Failure: If Taxcrafted Solutions is unable to render the promised service due to our own internal errors or inability, a full refund will be initiated.
• Duplicate Payment: If you have accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same service, 100% of the duplicate amount will be refunded.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:

• Change of Mind: If you decide to discontinue the service after the work has already begun (e.g., documents drafted, application filed).
• Government Rejection: If your application is rejected by government authorities due to ineligibility, incorrect information provided by you, or failure to submit required documents on time.
• Government Fees: Any government fees, challan payments, or stamp duties paid on your behalf are strictly non-refundable once paid to the authorities.
• Delay by Authorities: We are not responsible for delays caused by government processing times or technical glitches on government portals. Such delays do not qualify for a refund.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email us at info@taxcraftedsolutions.com with your order details and reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request within 3 working days.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days. The timing of the credit to your account depends on your bank's processing times.
