• Licensing Services (FSSAI, Trademark, ISO, etc.)
• Financial Services (Loans, Audits)

We act as a facilitator and consultant. While we strive for accuracy, the final approval of registrations and licenses lies with the respective government authorities.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information required for the service.
• Ensure that submitted documents are genuine and valid.
• Cooperate with our team for timely filing and processing.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments: All fees for our services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. The fees include our professional charges and government fees (where applicable).

Refund Policy: Fees once paid are generally non-refundable. However, a refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

• If we are unable to render the service due to our internal constraints.
• If the user cancels the request before any processing has begun (subject to a cancellation charge).

No refund will be issued if the application is rejected by government authorities due to ineligibility or incorrect documents provided by the client.
